of my paternal grandfather Ted. My most strongest memories of him are he loved to hum, never heard him whistle, he always hummed, not in tune neither, rather randomly and he smelt of extra strong mints. (I now know he suffered with his stomach and the mints used to calm down his heartburn...)He passed away in 1991 and Grandma survived him by eleven years, until 2002.
