So today finds me sitting in Kona Blue coffee shop having a gorgeous cappacino using their free wifi as our modem has gone kaput. While waiting for a new one ti be sent - hurry up Sky - i wont be around See you all soon......

Ursula's cookie heart pt 2

Following on from yesterdays post, here's the other half of the card I cut into two.
The sentiment came from Hot Off The Press.

This was an A5 card which I've had for ages, loved the backing paper, made the card blank then lost the plot when it came to putting a topper etc on it.
Saw the new challenge at the digi garden and hey presto I could use the card blank (and new dig purchases) , althought I chopped it in half and made two small cards.

Fianlly did an atc using the teeny bit of backing paper left, and a random page from 'a little book of cats' book I found.

Another stand up card using Debbi Moore's Art Deco cd, didn't do much to this at all - seeing that I haven't replaced my holographic powder that I threw all over myself and the floor. The floor still looks like Tinkerbell has paid me a visit or three. The images are so glossy and ornate that it doesn't matter that its not glittered.

My first attempt at using tissue paper on a card

I scrunched some paper up and dabbed at the purple Stazon ink, kept unscrunching and rescrunching the bit of paper till I was sure most of it and been dunked in the ink. Flattened it out and wrapped it round a piece of card, again so no marks could be seen, then arranged it to the card as you see it and added a few bits. The only thing left for me to do is to find a nice Angel verse to compliment it. (and 'for someone special' might be pulled off)
