Wanted to do something quite simple, so ended up with this black and white card, using my first member's gift from Create & Craft - the Tattered Lace die 'with love' (and 'best wishes') I love how it turned out.

How blinkin' hard is it to make a male card????? Oh my goodness, family I'm ok with as I temd to use hobbies etc., but a leaving card for a colleague??

I did manage to fit it round a challenge theme though, even if it was 'anything goes' *lol*

I used CAP2 to fill in the stamps bubbles, and add some of my own to fit what I wanted to say in. I think the guy came from The graphics Gairy -- not sure, anyway all I did with him was increase the size to fit the design.

the atc challenge over at wicked Wednesday is to use stitching, real or faux.

Last year I was gifted a huge bag of material via my local group in the freecycle uk network, as usual I have never got round to using it, but I did remember there were 2 little pieces of machine embroidery in there, so this morning I firtled them out and reposted the bag on my local group - if some one can use it, its better than sitting in my craft room unloved.

After some nifty cutting, one of the pieces just fit onto an atc!

So we just need a bit more sunshine, a book and a glass of something nice - perfect!

Wow, its melting here today, the fur & feather babies didn't know what to do with themselves today.... but I did - sit and make 2 cards in the coolest room in the house *lol*

This is card is multi-challenged. as it is also for a swap over on DoCrafts, could be for this month, could be for another month.
